How is my order sent to me?
We pride ourselves on getting your order to you promptly, correctly, without any damage and with the minimum of required protective packaging to survive the delivery networking systems.
Orders received before 2pm will be picked and despatched same-day and usually arrive the following day. We use First Class Mail, DPD and other couriers depending on the size of the order, the time of your order and the destination.
As of January 2022, we have a 100% fulfilled rate as described above, and only one mis-delivered (due to an incorrect postcode).
Something has gone wrong...
We really hate to disappoint, so please do let us know if your delivery or items have fallen short of what you expect.
For damaged goods, we offer a full refund or a voucher of same value to spend in our store, with free delivery for the replacement items of your choice.
If you, or your dog, really don't get on with our products, you may return them to us within 30 days and we will refund the cost of the purchase. We ask only for some feedback on a very quick form so that we can continuously improve.
Of course, our policies above don't alter your statutory benefits as a consumer based in the UK.
